Welcome to Villa Nueva

Set amidst lush greenery Villa Nueva offers self-catering accommodation with a private pool. The split-level villa features a living room with fireplace.

Overlooking the garden, the mountain and the pool, features 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a dining area.

Guests can relax at the furnished sun terrace, while younger guests can enjoy their time at the on-site playground. BBQ facilities are available at the garden.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, allowing you a smooth arrival. Please check out by 11:00 AM to help us prepare for the next guests. You can leave the keys inside the property, but not behind the door.

Summer: from 03:00 PM to 05:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM

Winter: from 03:30 PM to 05:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM

You can park on the roads around the property.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas.

There is a special filter in the kitchen tap. Filtered water is always fresh, clean and quality water.

Use the left tap handle for filetred drinking water. The water will come out from the filtered water dispenser.

WiFi Information

The router is located in the living room. There is a card with all the required information.

The PS5 is located next to the fireplace. There are also various of games.

There is a water heater switch in case there is no hot water.
